After you order
As soon as your payment clears, we email an order confirmation with your order number. Keep it — it is the fastest way for us to find your order if you need help.
Once it ships
Printed titles and objects are made to order. When your parcel leaves the printer we email you a shipping confirmation with a carrier tracking link, so you can follow it to your door. Please allow a few business days for production before it ships.
Check your order status
You can review your orders any time from your account, or open the tracking link in your shipping email. If you checked out as a guest, use the link in that email.
Need help?
If your tracking has not updated, or anything looks wrong, write to contact@calmaeditions.com with your order number and we will look into it and reply within two business days.
